Frutti Tutti operates on a grid-based matching algorithm where players swap adjacent fruits to create lines of three or more identical items. The physics engine calculates cascade reactions in real-time, triggering chain combos when matched fruits disappear and new ones drop from the top of the board.
Each level introduces specific objectives: collect 50 strawberries in 25 moves, clear 30 ice blocks, or drop 5 cherries to the bottom row. The difficulty progression system analyzes your completion rate and adjusts obstacle density accordingly, introducing locked tiles, honey spreads, and multi-layered blockers as you advance through the 500+ hand-crafted stages.
Power-ups activate through strategic matching patterns: combine 4 fruits in a square to create a Rainbow Blast, match 5 in an L-shape for a Fruit Bomb, or align 6+ horizontally to spawn a Lightning Strike that clears entire rows. The scoring multiplier increases with consecutive matches within 3 seconds, rewarding fast pattern recognition and planning ahead.
